Virtual Conventions

If you have ordered a pass or an extra activity for one of our virtual conventions then you will receive an email with instructions of how to access the event scheduling software WHOVA. This is where you will be able to enter the virtual convention and access the link to your activity which will be provided through the ZOOM platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have enabled access to both WHOVA and ZOOM in advance of your scheduled activity and have tested both platforms. You will be advised of the time of your activity and if you are late or your technology does not work then there is no right to refund, as per our terms and conditions . Please be aware that by purchasing a pass you agree to all activities being recorded for security purposes in the case of the private activities and public viewing purposes in the case of the panels.

Panels

There are a number of panels that are included at no cost with your convention pass and where the actors contract allows these will be available for secure viewing in WHOVA for up to seven days after the convention end date. Additional panels are available for purchase. The purchase of these panels entitles you to both watch them live in WHOVA and have access to the recording (where the actors contract allows) for up to seven days after the convention end date. The guests taking part in the panels are subject to change if there are any emergencies on the day of the convention and there are no rights to a refund in this event. There is also no guarantee that your questions will be asked in the panel. There are no screenshots taken for panel activities and this is not included in the purchase price. There is no right to refund, as per our terms and conditions once a purchase has been made.

Screenshots

All screen shots will be delivered by email within 3 weeks of the convention end date. One screen shot per purchase will be provided and although we will make best efforts to provide a posed photo it is not a condition of purchase and no refund is provided if a posed photo is not taken.

Herograms

All Herograms (videograms) will be recorded by the guest after the end of the convention end date. We will make best efforts to provide these within 6 weeks of the convention end but as this is dependant on the guests schedule we cannot guarantee a fulfilment date and it will be provided as soon as the guest can provide it. They will be emailed to you.

Autographs

Shipping must be purchased as a separate product in order for us to dispatch autographs to you. If it is not purchased then the autograph product cannot be dispatched and no refund is due. We will make best efforts to mail autographs to you within 3 months of the convention end date but this is dependent on the guest sending the autographs to our collection centers. This product will be sent on a tracked service to the shipping address entered in your account on www.jalmics.com. There is no recourse if the details in this address are incomplete or incorrect. All compensation claims for non delivery will be with the carrier company. If you do not attend your autograph slot then the guest will sign the autograph to your account name. There is no refund for non attendance.

Physical Conventions

If you have ordered a pass or an extra activity for one of our physical conventions then an email will be sent with the order confirmation. This must be brought with you to the physical convention where it will be exchange for your physical passes on arrival. All orders for all activities will be fulfilled in person at the physical convention.

All videograms will be recorded by the guest during the convention and will be emailed to you within 4 weeks of the convention end. If the guest cannot appear then you will receive a credit on your account for use against a different guest. All purchases are final and there is no refund after a purchase has been made in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Physical Conventions – At Home

If you have ordered a remote extra activity through the At Home Service then these will be fulfilled at the physical convention.

Shipping must be purchased as a separate product in order for us to dispatch autographs and photos to you. If it is not purchased then the products cannot be dispatched and no refund is due. We will make best efforts to mail products to you within 4 weeks of the convention end date. These products will be sent on a tracked service to the shipping address entered in your account on www.jalmics.com. There is no recourse if the details in this address are incomplete or incorrect. All compensation claims for non delivery will be with the carrier company.
